About Us

Building Lasting Love is a podcast made for couples who want to get closer, communicate better, and keep their connection strong. Every week, the show gives practical tips, honest insights, and simple activities that couples can do together. It’s not about being perfect—it’s about showing up, talking openly, and doing the small things that matter.
Each episode focuses on a different topic—from deepening emotional intimacy to fun ways to bring back the spark. The show includes challenges and “homework” to help couples take what they’ve learned and actually use it. Whether you’ve been together for a few months or many years, the podcast gives you tools to understand each other better and build a strong relationship that works in everyday life.
This isn’t therapy. It’s real talk, real ideas, and real support for people who want to make love last.

Hi, I’m Tyler Huang, the host of Building Lasting Love.
I’ve always been drawn to relationships—how they work, how they break down, and what makes them thrive. Over the years, I’ve done a lot of work to become someone who shows up better in love. I’m learning how to communicate more clearly, be more present, and stay emotionally available—even when life gets hard.
Every day, I try to be a better partner. That personal work is what inspired this podcast. It’s a place where I can share the things I’m learning, test out new ideas, and offer practical tools that help couples stay connected.
This show has also been a challenge for me—to be consistent, intentional, and to follow a path I truly enjoy. Helping others build better relationships has always felt meaningful to me. And Building Lasting Love gives me a chance to do that, week after week.
If you’re someone who wants more out of your relationship—more connection, more peace, more joy—I’m really glad you’re here.
